You are enrolling in the NeuroNourishLab Monthly Maintenance Program, an ongoing, light-touch support option for returning clients who have completed a core NeuroNourishLab program.

This program is designed to help you maintain progress, reinforce established habits, and receive continued guidance without the structure or intensity of a full program.

• Ongoing, light-touch nutrition support on a monthly basis

• Review and refinement of your existing nutrition plan as needed

• Accountability and guidance to support long-term habit maintenance

• Targeted advice to address challenges as they arise

After payment is complete:

1. You will receive confirmation and details of how ongoing support will be provided

2. Your maintenance schedule and contact points will be outlined

3. Support will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled

This program is intended for ongoing nutrition support and maintenance and does not replace medical or mental health care.
